This listing is for one of our Resin Bonded Diamond Surface Discs - 3 Inch, 200 Grit and it's just what you need. These are the T-Bone pads from Superabrasives. The 3/8" thick T-Bone pads are the best pads for polishing concrete with a floor machine or a janitor's buffing machine. These 100 grit pads are the first and most aggressive resin bonded pad for concrete floors. They are designed for light to medium lippage removal and for prepping a concrete floor to leave it with a consistent and smooth surface prior to polishing it. This hook and loop backed pad is a wet pad and you must use it with water.
