We were able to test this copier, and we got it to perform for us, though it did seem to have some issues. Unit first powered on without any troubles, and we were able to make a good copy of our generic test page. We then used the duplexer to make a double sided copy, which also came out flawless. At this point, we tried to make multiple copies of the double-sided page, using the ADF. We got an error, saying there was a jam in the duplexer. We cleared it out, restarted the machine, and tried again. This time, we were able to get (5) copies of the page, all without any problems. We then set it to make (2) stapled booklets of the previously printed (5) pages. Then we got an error saying "Network/Print Controller Fault- Please restart". We restarted the machine again, and after it warmed up, we were able to make the (2) booklets as previously described. We then left the unit alone for a few minutes, and when we came back it had the "Network/Print Controller Fault" again. We cycled the power on and off, and once again it was ready to print.
