PHILIPS LTC-3963 Hi-Res VIDEO RECORDER This item is in good physical condition for the most part. It has some scuff marks on it, and the cover for the buttons on the front is missing. These defects should not affect the unit's functionality. This unit was pulled from a working system, and when it was plugged in it powered up normally. We cannot test it any further than that. Working Condition: Partially tested, working properly to the degree tested * Local Pick-up is available at no charge Monday-Friday from 10-5pm. Please make an appointment for pick-up using our pick-up scheduler. * We will work with you if there is a problem, please feel free to contact us. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
