Here is a used, in good condition, 6 inch Faceplate for many of the Oliver Wood Lathes. It will also fit the Yates American J-170 Heavy Duty 12 inch Wood Lathe. It has a 1 1/8 inch 8 tpi mount. I threaded this faceplate onto the spindle of my Oliver 159 Lathe and it fit perfectly.
