This is basically all I can tell you about this unit. I could not find any info on this particular part. Here are some other markings on the unit; RC-3C -on the outer casing which mostly covers the motor There is a rotary fan unit attached to one end and multiple wires and connections (see pics). There's also a mounting ring in the box with what look like electrical wires (?). Please feel free to email with questions but really this is all I know about it.
